• To 4th Ave. and turn right
• Civic Center will be on the right hand side, next to the Kelly Inn.

From Hwy. 10:
• Take the Hwy. 23 Exit toward St. Cloud
• Follow to 4th Ave. and turn right
• Civic Center will be on the right hand side, next to the Kelly Inn.

From West I-94:
• I-94 to County Rd. 75
• Follow it toward St. Cloud to Washington Memorial Dr. and turn right
• Follow to Highway 23 and turn right
• Follow to 4th Ave. and turn left
• Civic Center will be on the right hand side, next to the Kelly Inn.

From Hwy. 15 South:
• To Highway 23 and turn right.
• To 4th Ave. and turn left

From East I-94:
• I-94 to County Rd. 75
